Hey everyone. I wish I had better news for you. I can no longer afford to develop SLOOTER. My traffic has dried up over the last few months and recent updates have been unable to bring it back. I don't feel the game can be put on Steam in its current state either.
I had hoped SLOOTER would get picked up by the Doom community eventually, but I don't think it will happen at this point. The only traffic SLOOTER has received was internal to itch.io, and most of the traffic was thanks to MonsterBox. Without them, SLOOTER would have slid even deeper into obscurity.
There will be one final update with some minor updates to levels, plus the secret level will be added.
Thank you all for your support, and I'm sorry I let you all down. I probably won't make any new games.

this is very upsetting to hear. just found this game only to see its been scrapped. i really hope you decide to come back to this. honestly i only just heard of it and i think it would have a better home one steam. i know id buy it here and on steam if i knew it was at least in minimal development. man this sucks

Ever thought of opening the game up for anyone else to pick up its development?
sadly for this to be picked up by the doom community you would need to make this a free "mod" instead of a paid game
honestly id suggest remaking this into a 3d game as something like this might do better in the 3d world instead of 2d world honestly hdoom isint really that good and is rare i personaly play it theres to many lewd games and mods out there that honestly this style isint worth it
so if you wanted more of a chance id suggest going 3d over 2d with the same heros and villians but just with much better sex and visuals on top of this if you make it 3d you could adventure into new features and other things you cant do with 2d

Well, those games have a better business model, starting with selling the game at 10 $ was a error they should go with the normal patreon model.
So you can play this game to this point for free but are 1 - 3 updates futher when you become patreon.
It lures more player and makes more profit in the long term.
