Cancellation
Futaboros [Cancelled] » Devlog
In light of Steam's recent changes to early access, I can't see a viable path forward for Futaboros anymore. All paid adult games are still de-indexed on itch.io and no other storefront has the same amount of traffic as either platform. So, I'm announcing the cancellation of the project. I was hoping for a happier ending this time, but things don't always go the way we want.
I'm moving on from adult games too. I can't keep sitting here and hoping things will turn around. Maybe I will return as a SFW developer some day, but for now, it's time for me to seek new pastures.
Thank you for all the support over the years. May we meet again under happier circumstances.

incredible shame. Best of luck with all your future endeavours!
make subscribestar and keep working on the game there
I think they put NSFW games back on the indexed. I was certain that happened a few weeks ago
Only free games. Paid ones remained un-indexed.
Oh, so that's why some of the games that I follow split into 2 different listings. Paid and free
i have a idea make 2 ver of you nsfw paid games 1 is the demo that is free and the other is lock be hide a substar or patron and call the free ver something ver 1 or something it is a way to bypess the no paid nsfw and a bill was pass that make it ilagel for visa etc to focue sites to remove something no matter what
Man this is some fucking bullshit to be honest I think we all as a collective should go after Collective Shout by sending and flooding those assholes emails with highly suggested photos of women or something like that and just piss them off upset them to the point where they start trying to sue people and when that happens all of us band together and Sue those assholes instead
Collective Shout is just a small part of all of this. Our real enemy is payment processors. This only stops if one major world economic power steps in and says, "Enough of this!" We need legislation! The only way we're going to get it is through mass organization.
Harassing a group of Karens is only going to make us look bad. Currently, three petitions are circulating: one for the ACLU, one for the Canadian House of Commons, and one for the Australian parliament. Do what you can to spread them around!

here's some information that you might want to see regarding how to destroy Collective shout for kick starting all this
Legally disbanding Collective Shout, an Australian-based organization, would be a complex process. A group can be legally disbanded through voluntary cancellation by its members or an involuntary winding up by a court order. Grounds for an involuntary dissolution could include if the organization is found to be operating against the public interest, has engaged in fraudulent or mistaken registration, or has failed to comply with legal requirements such as filing financial documents.
And I got this information straight from Google itself and they check off two of the three things here on this list of ways to get Collective shout destroyed and disbanded misinformation and going against the public interests
It doesn't make sense to focus on Collective Shout mostly because they're doing something anyone can do: yell at payment processors. They can be replaced by another group. They are one head of a hydra; others include the wildly influential Exodus Cry and the Heritage Foundation, which has a direct line into US politics.
Right now, people are actively organizing and participating in call-in campaigns to do the same thing Collective Shout did: yell at payment processors, but in larger numbers, and make listening to these censorious puritan weirdos far more annoying than minding their business would be. If you want to get involved, this is a fantastic place to start: https://stop-paypros.neocities.org/.
We have a lot of people calling, but we need new people to step in. After a while, those of us who have called several times are recognized by case numbers or previous call info, and it becomes easier for them to hang up on us or say we've already been given all the information they have, resulting in shorter calls. Folks who have been calling since the start are also more likely to get burned out, and this is a long-term project. It's extremely valuable to have new people dialing in so that the volume of calls doesn't go down and they realize this is impacting a large number of customers.
Hope to see you again.
