We have a lot of people calling, but we need new people to step in. After a while, those of us who have called several times are recognized by case numbers or previous call info, and it becomes easier for them to hang up on us or say we've already been given all the information they have, resulting in shorter calls. Folks who have been calling since the start are also more likely to get burned out, and this is a long-term project. It's extremely valuable to have new people dialing in so that the volume of calls doesn't go down and they realize this is impacting a large number of customers.
